I have just read about when Pevara and the red sisters arrived at the Black Tower. They see a lot of new buildings and a rising wall. The asha´man have been busy building. My question to you: Have you built anything? I´m not one to build things but I helped making a room in my father in law´s basement this summer. It has been a long time since I build with lego but that was always fun. :)

I´m thinking we could have some kind of event in October. A Festival of Light and Shadow. We haven´t done anything faction related since we became a club. Do you have any suggestions for what to do? Even though I have read WoT many, many times there are always things that I had forgotten about or didn´t see before. I´m reading KoD to my bf right now and I had forgotten about Reanne Corly´s death. It made me really sad. Also, I have always imagined the Black Tower to be north of Camlyn but here it said it´s south of Camlyn. I wonder why I thought that? What have you discovered when you re-read? It could be WoT or other books.

Do you have any favourite podcasts or YouTube channels that you like to listen to? I thought it would be fun to see what you are listening to and maybe find something new. My favourites are all ASOIAF related. I´m listening to everything from History of Westeros, Radio Westeros and Alt Shift X. Then there are some other ASOIAF related podcasts that I listen to when I have the time or if I´m bored. ? I have listened to Chris Shelton lately. This is a thread for those of you that were members in the Black Tower Social Group. As you can see, there have been some changes here at DM and in the BT recently. I would like to explain why there have been changes in the BT and, as good as I can, describe the reasons behind them. If the only reasons for you coming to the BT are having fun, spamming, playing games, eating lots of tainted brownies etc, then there are really no changes except that you need to look for the BT Club, not BT Social Group. It´s time for a new game. This time the players will try to earn points together. I need a team of at least three players. I will make a gateway and the team will try to guess where they have come. The places are located in different fantasy/sci-fi worlds. I will give five clues for each destination. You get to make a new guess after each clue and will get more points if you get the right answer quickly. I have no idea how hard this is. I´ve tried it on two people and one thought it was easy and one thought it was hard. Who will be on the team? Everyone is welcome to play. Sign up!

It's great to see new and old members joining the BT club. Extra fun to see our new members @Ryrin and @Jaimelai . Welcome, everyone! The tower is still under construction so you have to stand some chaos for now. (But we tend to always have a certain amount of chaos here anyway.) Just post in some of the existing threads or start new ones while I try to figure some things out. So I´m going through all the old boards and threads and I´m thinking about what to keep and what to throw away. I´m waiting for Verb to answer som questions before I can make some decisions. But I would love if you could answer these questions. 1. What is the best thing with BT? 2. What do you think is a "must keep"? 3. What are the things that you never cared much for in the BT? 4. Any suggestion for our new club? I´m thinking of mixing some old stuff with some new to make an even better tower. :)

Are you looking forward to the WoT TV show? It took me some time to decide what to think about it. I have lived with these wonderful characters for over 20 years and I know that they won´t be as I have imagined them. And of course they will have to cut and add and change stuff. But I decided that I´m looking forward to it. It will be fun. I will just have to remember that the show and the books are two different things. (Like ASOIAF/GOT.) Do you think that they will include the BT and the asha´mans? The BT doesn´t exist in the beginning but Logain is in the first book. Do you have any actors that you think would fit as some of the asha´mans?
