I know I should. I am. I need motivation when it's 104 F (40 C) outside. I love weights. Hate cardio. I've done an hour of cardio the last two days. I knew I needed it. Cycling and elliptical at the gym. Love swimming in pools but especially in natural bodies of water. The oceans here are freezing so it's usually lakes for me. I feel better afterwards, even though there is soreness. I sit a lot at my job, writing treatment plans and attending meetings. What do you do?

Well, I'm going through a rough patch from my health, nothing serious, just a blown ear drum and bronchitis. Yeah, it's 109 F 43 C too. Hope things are going better in your neck of the woods!

I am experiencing this: Plus I had a very busy June at my job. I had to do unannounced visits at my 6 homes and Quality Assurance Inspections at 3. I also have lots of meeting in June. I'm hoping for a more relaxing July.
