In December, there will be a three-way faction leaders deathmatch (unless Canuki decides she doesn't want to do it, in which case it will be Gerr and I.) There will also be a game of the wheel, playable by all members of all factions. Instead of three players, there will be three teams, of which each faction is a team. This game will be in Thak. Alright folks, 'tis the season (in America) and all that. For those of you not in the know, this week commemorates our Thanksgiving Holiday. I won't post any spoilers for those who have not yet read the book, but I must say that it is amazing. Any who have read the entire series so far knows that the first 5 or so books are well paced and exciting, the last 6 are relatively slow and lacking in major events. I for one was not bothered a great deal by this, as it allowed Jordan to expand our knowledge of the world he created and add little details that would enhance our enjoyment of later books. Reading the Gathering Storm is like riding a great roller coaster. You can't stop while you are on it and it leaves you catching your breath at the end. Also the product and it's advertising is straight from hell, so I guess it fits. But I'm not sure if this is happening in just Australia, theres a new 'remixed' version of the commercial, featuring a full hard-dance soundtrack and the lyrics are all just cut up edits of the last add. It is ridiculously catchy. I have the line "ShamWow you'll be saying wow everytime". I just don't know how to operate in this strange, new world. Has anyone else seen the ad?

Everywhere I look, Emp has started a new WoW thread somewhere, so I figured I'll keep my own Azeroth (that's the world of WoW) diary. I should really just keep a blog, but then it wouldn't be passively annoying to you. :D So here we go! Entry number 1. Last night, I was in WoW, doing Auction House business. When I am not out questing with Emp, I am playing the Auction House game. It's actually the funnest thing about WoW. Basically I go through the Trade Goods, and look for cheap stuff. I also look for really low bids, and get into bidding wars (ala the last 10 minutes of an item at Ebay) with people. Sometimes though I get a little carried away with just winnin…
