For as long as people have lived together, they have told stories. These stories have been different, telling different tales and fulfilling different purposes. However, there have also been many things similar about them. This month in the Aiel, we are exploring legends/stories/myths. We are focusing on a few different cultures, discussing the role of stories throughout time, and thinking about their role in our world today. We also have some fun games! Since Heart is currently having issues posting stuff on DM she has asked me to be her voice. So I'll be speaking for her when she needs to do stuff. Unfortunately since I'm not staff I won't be able to do everything.

I just love cute things, and nothing is cuter than Pokemon, or in this case, gijinka Pokemon. So I used different Pokemon (in human form) to represent all the Ajahs, and one for the novices too. Clefairy Vanilish Dragonite Cherubi Bulbasaur (my favorite!) Cinccino Vulpix Dragonair Mareep Mew I'm also working on one for each Ajah with a representation of the Eevee evolution chain. :D If anyone wants one of these, please let me know and I'll customize them.

Thought I'd share, cause to me it's really quite interesting. I'm all intellectual like that. Anyways, my grandpa (grandma's husband, but not related to me actually) is in a federal prison for selling stuff that wasn't his. He apparently had a car accident some years ago and bumped his head. That's what they're saying anyways. So, I've been to visit him once so far. It's quite the experience. Can't take anything in whatsoever, except for change and your car keys, and they have to be in a clear plastic bag. I'm looking for someone to give me a brief overview about what technical problems might be causing the image/light blur in the photo below. It's for a report for school. One of the photography professors agreed to give his expert opinion, but I've been waiting three weeks and nothing. And Anayia had been in charge of decorating their rooms and everything was drowning in lace. I found that room! Even the frills have frills!

It is story time!!! It is time for the members that have been around her for a while to pass on some knowledge and remember some fun times. Appearently some of you were very good at getting in trouble back in the day. I think it'd be fun to hear about them. This thread actually has a backstory: Once upon a time, one of the many times when I was in trouble, I was asked to read the WT rules and say “in a nutshell” what all of the rules that applied to me were. Dear MWEB Customer The Seacom cable, which provides a significant portion of our international capacity, has been damaged off the coast of Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea. Early indications are that it may take up to two weeks to repair the break and restore full capacity. We also have capacity on the WACS cable, which runs up the west coast of Africa, and this is currently able to meet about 45% of our total needs. As a result, most international services will be degraded. Heh. Well, here I am, technically an initiate of the WT, all dressed up and ready to take on the world...or at least the trek across the bridge into Tar Valon. Except now I'm sitting outside the Dormitories in the rain, locked out, feeling a bit like a kitten that got kicked out for dragging one too many dead mice into the house. That is - full of good intentions, but mostly cold, wet and shivery, and adopting my best look of sweet long-suffering so that someone might give me the permission to enter. Until then, I'll just scribble in this little book. Light, but I'll be happy to get inside and warm again!
