So, who speaks what? I have recently decided that I want to learn German. So I'm working on that. I've discovered that a bunch of Scandinavian languages are similar. I'd love to learn Finnish, but from my point of view as a native speaker of English it looks more-or-less completely insane. Hey everyone. I've kind of been away from the White Tower for a while, so I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I've been on DM, so some of you have seen me elsewhere, of course (likely playing mafia or in the Aiel), but I've been stopping back in to the White Tower a bit, and there are a lot of new people I don't know! Anyone here play games on Facebook? I usually always have one game or another Im playing. I'll be superhooked on a game for a while, everything from 1 to 4 month, then I'll tire of it and move on. My record is actually one game I was playing for over a year (Happy Pets), but that's mostly because I got into a good little community and that was nice. Right now Im playing Casteville, actually played that for almost four months now and not sick of it yet, wow! I also play Draw Something on my husbands iPad with alot of my facebook friends. The Pirate Pranksters found a room in the lower levels of the Tower. It was large, and didn't appear to be used much. The gals got a snow making ter'angreal and started spreading the snow around and packing it into an ice skating rink while the boys attached giant ceiling fans (with bags of flour and sugar attached) to the ceiling. Something is swinging over the Flame in the centre of the Hall of the Tower. The chandelier rattles a bit, and an errant crystal falls to the floor. Looking up, you see a precarious perch, suspended in mid-air on top of the chandelier. It is made up of rainbow scraps of fabric, sewn together to make a canopy large enough for one person to sit. The candles of the chandelier are carefully placed so that there is no chance of a spark igniting the fabric. Ladies and Gentlemen, if you're a fan of chicken curry, this is how to do it in your kitchen at home. I'm assuming you don't have any truly awesome cookware like a tandoor oven (SG would like those, they're basically like trolloc cookpots but with fire in the bottom), so all of this can be done with typical western pots and pans and stuff.
