Heehee. So, I got my little sister into the Wheel of Time. And we were both watching Shrek Forever After last night. It got to the rave/party-looking scene with the witches all dancing in the castle, and she goes, "It's the White Tower!" Our brother, who was watching the movie rather than listening to us didn't get it, but I did! XD I thought that was a cute and astute observation of her.

The new product that I mentioned is the Concentration Technique mentioned in the WoT books. Sure sure, people might think that it was just created for the books, but have I got news for you! Valentine's day somewhat represents us (Yellow Ajah) in a way that us Yellows are JUST lovable, we can be cute sometimes as well...ok most of the time, and also that we value friendship which is another form of love. In addition, love doesn't come in just one way or form. We can do other things that can show we love someone or value them with cuddling or snugglebites or just a nice few words you say. A while ago I made a thread over at the Warders titled So ... would you REALLY be a Warder in the here and now, which lead to a few thoughts about Channeling here and now. So, I have a 9 year old boy who is an AVID reader. I've started a re-read of the whole series and he's asking to read EotW. I'm just not sure. I think he would love it - but i don't know if I'd want him to go on to the others. So, what do you think? How old do you think a kid would need to be to read the whole series. I'm sure you've all seen the various Ajahs describing how they differ from their WoT counterparts, but are we really completely different? Is it not, in fact, that we've evolved just evolved a bit to fit into "Earthland" instead of "Randland"? Here's my take on a few Ajahs: Grays: Negotiating, preventing or stopping conflict Most people say that's not what the Grays on DM do. I beg to differ.
