With the changes in Ajah Heads as well as speculated Sitter discussions, I was approached my more than one person as to my expectations of what I want to see from Ajah Heads and possibly Sitters as well. Months ago I wrote up something simple : However 1) Reports are not all that actively done. I do not do them so much with the Reds b/c as DL and HoA I k now what's happening in my Ajah. (That and it's small and very easily managed). 2) Archiving isn't all that much done. Seems to be more of a COMM thing than an RP thing. :) That just cuts everything to nothing. Ok guys and gals, we need a new Sitter for the Greens, Sitters help me when I need it, this means you might have to ask for green ajah reports of rps, you might have to compile the report and send it to Andrea. Dosen't happen often but sometimes I need help. You might help with ooc projects. You will post on IC stuff like raisings, oaths, you will post on Hall rps, which can be fun but don't happen very often. You will be involved in ooc discusions within the Hall. It's not a huge amount of work and honestly it's fun. So if you want to, you can do with your own pc if they are old enough or you can use one of green nsw's or write up your own nsw sitter. Hey guys, I need some help, I am having a hard time keeping track of my rps, so if you and I are supposed to start one and I forgot, or we have one going and I haven't posted in a long time, or you are a new green and I haven't posted on your oaths or something. Is that eight posts from the novice? Or combined from all participants? Eight posts from the novice, while could be done, on an arrival/intro to mentor thread just seems like it'd get less and less meaningful and more filler than anything as one struggled to write eight posts and get someone else to write the alternating posts. The shawl around her shoulders were a gentle purple set into an Ebou Dari silk. It settled perfectly around her shoulders and hooked neatly under her arms. There was not a wrinkle in the silk. Due to the Inactivity, *and lack of responses I've gotten for whatever reason* I am removing Christine as Ajah Head in support of a more active Ajah Head. I will allow you all one week starting January 3rd, to elect a New Ajah Head. If one has not been picked than the WT Staff will post a public thread to allow any outside of this Ajah to submit a PC bio to then act as Ajah Head and they will take over the responsibility for this Ajah.
