Visar Falmaien urged his mare into a trot. He didn't need to head back immediately, but he wanted to feel the wind on his face. Cutting across an open field, the warder crested the hill which would bring the road into view again and jerked slightly on the reins for a halt. He scanned the horizon, seeing clumps of woods here and there as well as a small stream which flowed to the west. Sure enough, the delegation from the White Tower was just within sight, moving down the road at a slow, easy pace. The wind shifted to the west, and Torvus adjusted his aim a little to compensate. The weight of his crossbow was starting to strain his arms, but it was less strenuous than trying to pull a heavy horsebow, which was awkward on the best of days. So, I think I have an excellent idea for a choice RP, but need a little help ironing it out. Tywin is a bit of a klepto. It comes from growing up on the streets and having thievery as his primary means of income. There are lots of shiny things in the Tower and he really needs to be broken of this habit. I think it would be a good idea for him to be caught in the act (not necessarily having stolen something as I do believe he would be expelled for that), but perhaps trying to get into a room he shouldn't be in or some such. 'Ello. I have a lovely tower guard trainee named Tywin Gale who is in a need of a spot of help from a lady of the Aes Sedai persuasion. He has a nasty habit of sticky fingers that needs to be cured. I would like to have him take a mechanical music box (or get caught in the process thereof). I have permission for him to do this without getting the boot. He will be punished as part of him learning this lesson. This is also going to be his first chance to interact with an Aes Sedai. Is there anyone who would be willing to help a poor boy out?

Tyr was beyond exhausted. He had run out of the cream he had stolen two days ago and the burns on his back were tight enough that he was worried about cracking the little new skin he had. Hey guys. I started a new thread with my Wise One. It starts with a flash back to her giving birth, and then while she is in conference with other Wise One's there is a commotion in the camp. Seheria woke up, still thankful for the proper bed under her. She was used to traveling the world, but that didn't mean she had to like sleeping in the dirt and rocks. A proper bed with a proper pillow for her head and warm blankets was not something that one should ever have to do with out. Sitting on a rock outside the hold, Daird whittled away at a block of soap. Wood was too precious to waste on such a pointless hobby, but soap was more readily available. As a bonus, anything that Daird shaved away from the block could be collected and used to make more. It was likely that the finished product in his hands would be sent off to be remade as well; Daird was not happy with the design shaping underneath his knife. So basically, I've put off doing this because Rhya hasn't completed her second weapons training class due to my LOA and then Nyn's sabbatical. Given activity issues here at the moment, I'm going to progress her to Guardian (trainee Ranger) as I've done tons of alternative RPs meantime that make her more than "qualified" for the rank up and I'll retro the weapons training at a later date when Nyn returns. This will give us some more RP flexibility, particularly where inter Group RPs are concerned and also for training purposes as it gets to be a bit of a drag doing everything with NSWs. We have some decently developed NSWs admittedly but I much prefer writing my own ch…

The afternoon sun baked off the sweat from Cairin's cadin'sor as soon as it permeated the fabric. Down to his last spear with a buckler in his left hand he circled keeping the two young aiel he trained with at the moment. Both trained on him ready to attack. There has already been some talk about things for the Band to do on the march back to the Citadel (i.e., the menagerie). I'm wondering if anybody else has some ideas for things we can do. What I have for ideas so far mainly deal with plot-specific events involving Calder and the DotNM. I'm looking for things other than anything dealing with that.
