Kael ooc: as a heads up I am rping this as if it was before the Siege of Carhein. Eyes closed Kedyn sat on the grassy plain that was used as an Archery Range. Angry for the moment. He was teaching two classes, Two! All on the same day and one of those classes was to be Advanced Survival, one that would take a day or two. He was angry because that would keep him from the Citadel for a few days, away from Lavena and the rest of the Fox's, though mostly because of Lavena. He peeked an eye open to check the position of the sun to judge what time it was, almost noon, good since Rurak was told to meet him at noon. It would only add a burr under his saddle if Rurak to…

Okay, so I was on these boards like a while ago... ..wait not these boards, the last one... wait, not the last one...but the board before...the last one. Yes, that is the one. I made a character Frederick Chaseron, his BIO was CC'd probably like a year ago or so. He was on his way to become an archer, then the boards changed, and something happened, and blah blah blah, you know how it goes. So anyways. How do I pick up from here? Any suggestions? Should I post my BIO on this board once again to give a refresh course since I barely started with the character as it was? Thanks in advance!

A scatter of solitary stars up in the sky, touched here and there with fading tints of rose, heralded messages flying to several different folk. Like the spider at the heart of a great web Sirayn twitched the strings she had tied to people of ambition, cunning and wit, devious folk who, like her, would stop at nothing to achieve their ends; and obediently, small spiders in turn, waiting in her shadow to realise their full promise, those summoned came to her call. The seeds of secrecy scattered far across a citadel just starting to fall into slumber. Scarcely a whisper stirred among the ivory white corridors, a spell of footsteps in the silence, a shift of shadow maybe whi…

Bihara Sedai's recently mastered cool façade of an Aes Sedai was marred by her eyes popping when she came across the man walking determinedly on the floor tiles marked by the red tear drop - interpreted by some as the Dragon's fang rather than the Flame of Tar Valon. She recognised him, of course, like all the rest of her Ajah members, since they all had kept him company while he was being held by the Tower... and poked by the Yellows and Browns, she though wryly. To the sadness of many among her Ajah it wasn't often that men trespassed here, even the male servants. Ingratitude was truly the only reward for their hard work in the world. And in this specific man's cas…

As usual, the first slanting rays of dawn’s light woke Dilora, dark eyes blinking many times to clear the sleep from their corners. Every time she slept in a real bed, as opposed to the small trundle bed she occupied when she was out on the road in her wagon, she tended to sleep far too heavily and when the sun woke her, it took her far longer than usual to remember where she was. The pints of ale the night before had definitely not helped, but Dilora was confident she would not feel the oppressive pain of a morning head this time. Flickers of memories filtered back of the excellent company she had enjoyed, and her feet still held traces of the rhythm played in the m…

I'd expected more people to sign up for this thread than HAVE signed up, so this is your last chance. I'll be posting the first part tomorrow night. And, if you grovel and beg, I may allow join ups until I post the second class, but once I move it on that much there'll be no late joiners. Tah, Dali/Ben.

James is inviting anyone to join as described below... I'm very sorry I didn't get this up sooner! I've had a busy week and not had a chance to get on the boards much... Cheers! Dali/Ben. In the Freelander spirit, I'd like to invite anyone to post, even if you aren't necessarily part of the Freelanders. I'm leaving it open for people to post as NPC's involved in the Bubble, though the requirement is that you die by the end of your post. If you want to take a stab at a death scene (Hah, I'm so funny today), then this is a good opportunity. For information about the RP, go to http://www.dragonmount.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2686 Also, your NPC if you …

Unfortunately I must make an extensive LOA until around September time. I am going to be away for work where I will have very little Internet access, therefore cannot commit myself to keeping up with the plot. Sorry to be such a pain, I’ll miss the awesomeness of the Caemlyn Carnival thread, but life’s full of it’s little disappointments huh?! :? Away I go guys… Take care for now. Deano/Amalasan

So, friends. I'd be very much obliged if there was a kind foul amongst you willing to give an old washed up DM'er like myself a shot at an RP. I've got here a good, solid TG. Auron's a newly raised TG, been in seclusion for quite some time, bit of a punk. Anyhow, I'm up for basicaly anything and almost everyone I wrote with before my heiatus is either retired or dormant, so I'll take an acceptance of this offer as basicaly a personal favor. Looking forward to hearing from you. Auron Decoa

Johanarra Moranassa or Jo as he liked to be called, saw his destination off in the distance, he was almost there. Jo is about 5'11, he is slightly stocky with lots of muscle. As he rode nearer he remembered what his life had been like..... He was born on a farm right outside a small village near Maradon. He never liked his name, so his friends shortened it and called him Jo. As he grew up, he lived quite a normal life, and played with his friends, helping his mother in the house and later his father in the fields. He was a bit of a prankster, and got in trouble countless times. He would steal honey cakes and do things like that, not big things, but things that the wis…

OOC: this is for my last requirement to become a full ranger. I’ll be hunting an elk with my NPC wolf pack. Please enjoy. I will finish in one post, but it will be pretty long. IC: “Light blasted lark!†:::: Rustle. Rustle. Stretch. Crack. Pop. :::: Sosumo stretched his arms and back after a night of fitful slumber. He shuffled over to a pail that sat under a small makeshift tent. In it was a compact of the tooth cleaning paste he had invented, a hand carved toothbrush, a bar of soap and a grimy towel that had seen better days. Having his toiletries, Sosumo trudged over to the stream nearby his clearing home and washed himself up in preparation for the day. ::…

Ok kids you know the drill! This runs til next wednesday! We all vie for Rahvin's attention all week, declaring our undying love or whatever your particular idiom leads you to do! Pictures, sonds, cheesy chat-up lines, malcontent, whatever! Bring it all and lay it at the feet of the mighty Rahvin! At the end of the week he will judge the winners of the 7 awards (Hmm. Are they they 7 Awards of Rahvin now, or still the 7 Awards of Dias?), and declare who will be loved next week. The Seven Awards are: 1. Most mushy 2. Most corny 3. Most likely a schizo 4. Probably serious 5. Most unique 6. Most likely to become a stalker and lastly 7. Rahvin's love of his life…

Liitha brushed down the Yaz, it was weird to know that in due time they would part ways. She fed him half an aple and stroked his mule before leting him loose into the fence. But before then there where preparations and duties. Like this morning when she where sceduled to meet a new trainee and start helping him on his road towards becoming a guard. She chewed on the second half of the aple as she walked up towards her room, collecting her heron marked katanas. She still couldnt help look at the herons every time she picked up the blades, it was but a couple months back that she earned them proving herself in a spar against Lyv. Shaking her head of her own foolishness…

The long months that had passed, and felt like an eternity now seemed only seconds in comparison to the realization that she would never again see her beloved Nevin. Almost a year since his last letter and with every passing day she grew more sure that he was never to return. But she was Aes Sedai and broken heart or no, she had made a commitment to the Tower and to herself. She had come to the White Tower so many years ago in search of a home, and she had found so much more. Silently Eqwina thanked the Light for the many blessings she had received, and with a trembling hand wiped the tears from her eyes. She could not help but smile at her reflection. Upon arriving …

Rightio, the bubble has now burst here http://www.dragonmount.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2587 and the spit has hit the fan. Heres the stuff to know before you post. a) Undead are like they were alive. Those who are all bones are a bit weaker but faster, those who are more whole are a bit stronger but not as fast. Roughly, use your creativity :) Anyone who is killed around you will arise shortly after as the undead. b) Rats are going to burst from different people around the place as are other vermin. They'll be a bit of a distraction for the undead, so expect to see rats trying to feed on the dead. c) Penants, ropes, streamers and such shall animat…

I just wanted to say hello again and tell yall that now (most of) my Abitur (yes, those enormously big German graduation exams...) is done, I finally have enough muse to get on with my poorly neglected WT novice Faile. So now that (after the sad disappearanc of zemi ) Ely is her new mentor and classes will proceed one way or the other, I finally want her to get REALLY started and might put up a random "get to know each other" thread so I would be happy to get in touch with some more people in here, since I really know much too few of yall and am in the mood to make up for that long absence So, to make it short, I´m here again, looking for good character devel…

OOC: Continued from the old boards (http://dmpsw.com/dr/viewtopic.php?t=1049&highlight=) Morgan laughed softly at Seia's jest and took a swig from the flask and then another. She'd never been much of a drinker, but nowadays a mug of ale was her favorite companion on dark nights. Handing the flask back, she yawned and stretched her stiffening arms. She knew she should be down in the yards training, but something of what Seia had said struck a chord in Morgan's head. For years she had trained and pressed herself to be better and better, not registering that she was really trying to be more and more useful to her bondmate. Somewhere along the way to where she was sta…

Alyria DM Member -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ‘Does that woman have to work me so hard?’ Alyria mumbled under her breath. She had just finished one of her training sessions with Raisa. There was a thin layer of sweat and dirt shining on the parts of Alyria that were exposed. Raisa believe that you should learn everything, including exercise, when learning to wield a weapon. Some of Alyria’s muscles were sore from the use, others we throbbing in response to it. Sighing as a cool breeze blew across her, she started back to her quarters. She could not wait to run and bath, stripping the sweat from he…

Shawn awoke extra early to run through his usual morning fitness routine. Today was special. No, he wasn't getting promoted, nor was he doing anything special. No, today was special for the simple reason that it broke the routine of training that he'd been going through. Today instead of the usual hours spent going through forms under Corin's watchul eye, or shooting arrow after arrow at targets across the Yards, he would be doing something fun. Oh it would be hard certainly but it would be fun as well. Today he and Corin would be competing in a very unusual race against Lyv Tylin, the former Mistress of Trainees, and Raniel Arosho, a trainee like himself. Wh…
