Greetings members both old and new! As you may now, for many years we have had RP at Dragonmount, pretty much since its inception back in the 1990s. Between that long time frame and the 15 books of The Wheel of Time that have been released over the years, you can imagine that almost everything in the books has already happened in our Legacy roleplay, though with our own twist on it. Hi! I'm wanting to get started RPing with my novice Elara, and was over in the TV RP private boards looking for IC info, mostly about the MoN at this stage. But the link I clicked to presumably go to the MoN's bio said I didn't have permission to view it. Since there's been very little activity over there, I just wanted to know if all the info there is still accurate? Not just for the MoN (Valeri still?), but for everyone? And if so, is there somewhere I can find info about the MoN? Also I wasn't sure where to post this so I hope it's the right place ?

I joined DM website last year (February 2020...go figure) and then things IRL got really crazy, and I never quite got to get plugged into the RP. Well all that is changing now, I'm here to stay and would love to get plugged into some Warder/White Tower RP. Going to get my bio all wrapped up and send it in shortly. ?

Hey everyone, I have been into WoT for some 4 years now, and I'm likely one of the newer fans on here. I am still very interested in story-based RP, and I'm glad to find somewhere to participate in it! There are a few ideas I have for a character to start out with. I am pretty interested in Aes Sedai (naturally), so here's a couple of ideas I've drafted for potential characters. A rather complicated character. She would have a Borderlander father and a mother with a storied past (once a Tinker who joined the White Tower and was put out and joined the Kin, unexpectedly having a daughter). On a couple of boards I've been, there was quite a use if ter'angreals and the power to ease the life of the common people and to run mechanical devices. How about devices to provide light, heating for warmth and cooking, fresh, clean water doe running water and sewage kines, etc. Plus devices to run steam engines for locomotives and steamships. Plus they can power elevators in the White Tower. Novices would no longer have to carry buckets of water up flights of stairs for some Sister to have a both. Every suite would have a bath and show and private toilet.

Yea, I'm confused. I've read the threads and pins about getting started. As i want to be an Asha'man. only thing is im confused on how to fully get everything done, like i understand making a character, then emailing eta, but like do i put it on the Fandom page for DMRP? I just need someone to explain it, prob be better if you had Discord to help explain it since im on discord just about 24/7. im in the DM Disc, and i use my DM handle for my Discord.

Hello! Haven't RP'd here in probably 10 years but looking to dip my toes back in. I was unable to find my old bio in the Archives and I'm sure it wouldn't work with the new policies but I'd like to bring my Warder out of mothballs. I'm looking to get back into WoT RPGing. I've been Master at Arms, Captain ht the Tower and Marshal-General of Tar Valon on several sites. Retired two-star who served in the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. Helped plan the invasion of Afghanistan after 9/11 and inserted in the first wave. If you have any big wars planned I can help. I have two characters in mind. One is a mercenary general who has entered the Tower's service. The other is a female master spy who is the besr fighter in Tar Valon. She also gets huinches but her talent cannot be trained.

Hi everyone, I'm fleshing out my first character, mainly a mercenary that spent a good chunk of her time defending trade convoys, that would be "late" in joining the Warders. A bit like a Novice that's accepted, well after her "formative" years. So imagine a rich merchant's daughter who would rather ride horses and see the world, understood quickly that it's not all roses and clear water, had some fair success at trading and "keeping" what's hers or her investors' out of the wrong hands. I'm thinking there's an Aes Sedai connection at some point, or points of fealty to one of the "investors", and consequently ends up joining the "Warders" a bit lat…

Ok a thread to plot this story, it's more a signal RP placing a gaudy gate into what we until now have been calling the Gate to the Blight, and giving the area a proper name since it's becoming a settlement. Semirhage and Sammael will put up the gate using the OP so people can't just tear it down easily. A symbol for the dark side, and something for the blasted Lightfools to wonder about and study ? Still trying to think of how to do it. Presumably channeling the amount of power which could draw attention, it would make sense they had someone to guard the surroundings since they're out in open.
