Now, i figured it would come in handy if i'd post a small guide on setting up a single-thread roleplay, as i've noticed a couple of recurring mistakes being made. The whole working in the light of day was always different for Nox. Being Atharim meant hiding in the shadows to keep the world safe. With permission from the RP staff and The First Age I'm going try to run one a scenario here. The sun had just set, causing an impressive array of colors across the sky to the west. A soft golden glow lit the farmhouses in the distance as small specs of people finished up their chores and turned in for the night. The sun had barely risen when the morning bell rang and all of the trainees started to wake up and get out of bed. Oren sat on his bed, ready and dressed, thinking about his arrival the night before. They had gotten to Tar Valon as the sun was going down. After talking to some guards they were lead to the White Tower where his sister was taken inside and Oren was lead to the Trainee barracks. It was nearly dusk when Jace Maren entered Cairhein. It was the first time he entered a city since leaving his farm outside of Whitebridge. He worked his way to Cairhein doing odd jobs - mostly farmwork - for people who needed an extra hand for a bit.
