I am new to the forums, though not new to DM in general, or the WoT series. Hopefully I'll be able to RP in the forums, or at least participate in a faction. Not much more to say, but I'm glad to be around. :P

Hey there love these books, read them a long time ago and just started reading them again the last book i read was path of daggers but am starting from the first and making my way to the end!

I'm new, of course. I've role played for other forums for about three years and only picked up Wheel of Time about a year ago. Then I decided to combine my two loves and check this place out. While I'm pretty handy at navigating my way through phpbb boards, I couldn't help but get a little confused. How do you do your role plays here? I've read some of the rules but I'm still slightly confused. If anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate it.

After several days of attempting to register on the forums (shakes fist, but thank you to Kevin who personally activated my account!), I am finally here! It's great to see you all, and I'd like to give you a little bit of my info before I ask some questions =D! I was a Lord of the Rings fan for a very long time, and I don't think I'll ever outgrow that. I knew so much of that book/lore that I became an administrator of a LOTR community. I am new to Dragonmount and already addicted. I have been dropping by for a little to keep up with RJ but have just now decided to join in. I love all of the speculation and theories up for discussion, but my favorite part is the Gallery! There are some seriously talented people out there and I am so glad that I can peek inside their imaginations! Keep the art coming because those of us who settle for drawing stick figures are eating it up like candy!!!

I've been trying to upload some new stuff and no matter what i try the result is the same "Error: Files are impossible to move" or some such nonsense. Now i've checked and rechecked file sizes and locations and types and i can't think of what else i might possibly be missing? Is there just something wrong with the downloading option right now? Hey, im John from Scotland. Im 21. I honestly never liked anything like these books before, but i saw New Spring on sale and thought "what the hell". Once i neared the end i thought i might aswell buy the rest of the series thinking it'd only be one or 2 books. Well after the shock of my life i went home with 5 new books and i haven't looked back, infact im looking forward to the latest chapter and hopefully Robert will survive long enough to fulfill his lifelong ambition and see it flourish.

Howdy. I'm Justin and I'm in the middle of Crossroads of Twilight. I've been reading the book constantly since about October. I had avoided the series for the longest time because I'm not a fan of fantasy novels. I like this one though. I don't like the Aes Sedai and I wish there were more story around Perrin and more about the mythology of the world and info from the Age of Legends. Also, I'm a jerk so don't take my posts too seriously.

Hello Folks, I am quite new to Dragonmount... I have just recently begun reading The Eye of The World, it was a reccomendation from a friend, and I am enjoying it very much. I'm about halfway through the series on my first read and thought I'd stop by and chat with some other fans of the books. :) I'm really into music, mostly post-hardcore, screamo, hardcore, stuff like that. Hey my name is Dan just wanted to introduce myself. I started reading the series about 4 months ago, I purchased book 11 this morning, and now I am 600 pages into it. I actually had to read the last 4 pages real quick because I'm still trying to figure out how he is going to pull this all together in 1 more book. I read very fast, I was wondering if anyone else speed reads? I am able to finish a whole 800 page Jordan book in about 5-6 hours. I skim pages that don't have a lot of talking and just look for talking and words that stand out. Anyone else do this? Ive been able to retain everything I have read but some people think its odd, however I seem to know more…
