In Belgium, schools will be closed next week for the Carnival holidays... will you celebrate this as well ?

 

If so, what are you going to do ?

 

I have to say that, after having read about New Orleans, I m wondering whether or not I should try gumbo and king's cake lol

    I've only had it once, but it was really really good hearty food. Spicy.

    Today it was greek food ! We tried a nice mezze ... but dang, I had forgotten how strong garlic can be :tongue:
