Has there ever been a wolfkin who has the ability to channel? If so does holding saidin enhance his vision more than normal since his eyes are already better and same with his other senses?

no wolfkin has yet been shown with the ability to channel. IMO if they can be both then yes since the eyes naturally change with a wolfkin while using sadin is kinda like an enhancement brought on by drugs
