I was bought tEotW about 4 years ago, I started reading it but couldnt get into it, and again a year or 2 later. and I picked it up again a while ago and I've read the first 4 books in as many weeks. and I came on here to pass the time until I next get a chance to buy another book or 2

If you've only read up to book 4 then you may want to avoid discussions as there will be spoilers flying around.

 

If you feel like socialising then pop by the Orgs and join in if you fancy the look, and join one or two if you dare...

 

I'd recommend the wolfkin (TQ Chilli, Cheerleaders, pirates and Larry the TQ lake Monster)

 

The Band (brew, brawls, wenches with swords and arrows and stuff...fun with music and travel)

 

The Seanchan for all TV, films and games chat and there's Emperor there but don't let that put you off... ;)

Have a look around the place to see what takes your fancy - there are ORGs for socialising, RP Divs to live in RJ's World, Book Dicussions on various topics and the books themselves (but watch out for spoilers) and a lot more!

 

One ORG to definitely look at is the Band of the Red Hand - if you love music and travel, then pop by! We do loads of other stuff as well - and it's all in the name of fun!

If you want to discuss the books you HAVE read, try the Structured Wheel of Time board, and look for the threads with the titles of those books. Those discussions are spoiler-free. However, any threads in that board not specifically titled after one of the book titles will likely have spoilers, so avoid those for the time being.  :)

 

Also, I recommend the Seanchan as an org, especially if you like discussing movies, tv, or gaming topics. We're starting to approach fall premier season for tv, so keep an eye out for a discussion of your favorite tv show, or start it yourself if you don't see it!
