Hey guys!

 

I'm currently doing my training posts to get up to WS 18 and I have had a lil idea for a RP approved by Mata for the Failure storyline.

 

Essentially, it's going to be a dream Shoar has, of when he lost his bond to Reile. I didn't choose Ryell because THAT is written down in history and I didn't choose Nimue because that wasn't so much a failure on Shoar's part... He was ordered away from her by Nimue herself to do something else... He feels guilty but not the true 'Failure' guilt the Reile story does.

 

Reile, however, doesn't appear to have been written down in the official history of what happened to her, so I'm going on the basis of what happened at the time.

 

Essentially, the storyline is as thus: Ryell's bond to Shoar had snapped in the Borderlands, driving Shoar nearly mad with grief. However, unbeknownst to Shoar, Ryell and Reile had had a pact that if Ryell's bond snaps, the bond transferred automatically to Reile. Shoar, however, delayed in going to Reile's side as he tried to search for Ryell. Eventually, he gave up and moved to her as her pangs through the bond became more insistant. While we was en route to Reile, who was somewhere near the Aiel Wastes, his bond to her snapped and he was stricken with guilt again as he knew if he had not delayed in leaving for her side he may have been able to assist her. Again, she just disappeared, all Shoar knows is that there was pain from her end then the bond snapped.

 

Here's what I need: Folks to play some characters for Shoar to interact with. The timeline for this happening is a Shadow Invasion into Shienar a good 25 years ago, as Shoar was 28 when he lost his first two bonds. I would ideally like 2 Gaidin/TG and 2 Aes Sedai to help me out with this. The post will entirely happen in the Warders Yard, as it is technically a dream.

 

Anybody interested please post here so I can get some ideas together and get moving with it. *grinz*

Shoar Gaidin

I can retro Arie (my green) that far back.. or Maegan (my Red) but she hasn't been ath active in the warders yard until about 25 years ago..(ish).

 

So you have a 200 year old green available for brain picking. ;)
