My sister introduced me to both the site and the books a while back, and I've been here ever since. ;)

Guess again.

So anyway, I'm from Australia, but i was in japan on exchange for 8 months this year, it was really fun, but there was a lack of english reading material which resulted in multiple re-readings of all the harry potter books.

I play World of Warcraft, but I'm not addicted... i can quit anytime i like.

If you like games, you should check The Band of the Red Hand Org. We have our own dice-based Org Game where you can challenge fellow banders on the arena! We also like music and travels, competitions and brawls and we have 3 fantastic regiments waiting for new members to join!

Welcome Relandria!  I think you'll find that most people here are pretty addicted to WoT as well! :) So, you've definitely come to the right place.  Anyway, check out the ORG's, have some fun, all that jazz.  If you are into games though, you should come check out the Band of the Red Hand ORG.  We've got a great ORG game that's a lot of fun to play.  Oh yeah, and the rest of the Band is pretty cool too!  Come check us out!

Hiyas!  Welcome to DM, so many people have already welcomed you and innvited you to the Band and other Orgs, that I will simply say this.

 

While you're here the most important thing is that you have fun, and for that I suggest you check out every org there, just post around a bit here and there, get a feel for the Orgs and the people within them, and stick around in the ones that make you feel the most at home and you have the most fun in!  For me it was the band, for you it could be the Seanchan, or the Wolfkin, or even the White Tower.  Just remember there is no limit to the Orgs you can join, so be sure to give them all a try, there are some amazing people in each and every one!
