Okay, I'm re-writing this, hopefully a bit better.  I'll explain each point and what you need to req to get it.

We're going to have more of a 'class' feeling like the Dreadlords.  Every week, we'll hold a class that will fulfill your WS.  You can participate in the class any time, just you won't raise your WS; it'll just be added on so when you GET to that WS you already have the RP done.  I hope that makes sense.

6-8: Spear and Dagger Training.  You must do a series of training and practice RPs with your aspiring Society Leader, Clan Chief, or Sept Chief.  It will be one RP for each WS.

8-10 Unarmed Combat and Bow Training.  Here you will again practice with your Society Leader, Clan Chief, or Sept Chief.  If you're currently WS 6 and take the Unarmed Combat, you'll be able to advance, once you finish your Spear and Dagger Training, from 8-9.  So in check it's a 'tally', aslong as you've done the RP atleast once.  Another reason why I need the progression board!

10-14 Fighting in small groups, being able to sense where your comrads are and move around it like that.  This could either just be small little skirmishes, practicing in groups (we'll hold classes on this, but not as much as you can actually RP this out in the open.)

14-18 Raid/War Fighting.  This will be a bit tougher, because you can't take classes for this.  14-16 will be the toughest, two RPs per WS, and they must be 3+ people and atleast 2 posts by each person.

16-18 Leadership Training.  There will be classes on this.  Two RPs for one WS, this is designated for SLs, but basic warriors can take it aswell.  Warriors will stop here, with no more room for advancement.  Society Leaders can advance to 19, 20 being reserved for the Clan Chief.  Leading a class will also count as a requirement for this.

18-20 Advanced Leadership.  These will not be classes, you must act it out; three RPs for one WS.  Society Leaders will stop at 19, Sept Chiefs will be able to max out at 20.  Whether it be a class or leading a raid.

--------

To join a society you must contact your Society Leader (read the Member list/conctacts and find his email!) If your Society doesn't have a leader, please message either the Clan Chief or the Sept Chief.  You will be able to advance into a Society once you have a Weapon Score of 8 (Look above to see how to get there!)

Simple as that :-)!

For now this is under review and should not be taken as fact.
