RJ has firmly debunked "Olver=Cain". The main reason being that while time does flow differently in T'A'R, it never flows backwards. Which means it is impossible for Cain to be Olver, since Olver was born long before Cain was spun out.

it is possible that when the horn is blown the heroes that are already in this world, and havent reached their potentional, will still be summoned, kinda like astral projectionbut more solid

Yes but he cant be born before he was spun out can he? The Pattern is present. It WAS past and WILL BE future. The Pattern cant change the past unless balefire is used
