well i just came from there so not likely...i am considering going towards tear and run into some wise ones...dunno

Cairhien would be the better bet for Wise Ones as that was the last conquest of the Dragon's.

Wise Ones, eh? That sounds interesting. Either Tear or Cairhien is fine with me.

I think Suraya and Sterre were thinking of Cairhien as well, so...
