Just throwing this out there because I couldn't find it anywhere.

 

Based on Min's viewing in EotW couldn't Perrin be the one that discovers the Song?

 

...and trees flowering all around him...

I could be entirely wrong, but I just read that one as meaning that Perrin will survive TG; be alive when the world starts to flower again.

I see this as having taken place when Perrin returns to the Two Rivers and goes to the graves of his family under the flowering apple trees.
