Aran wasn't enraged, or so he realised as he made his way to the barracks. It wasn't the first time he had ever covered for someone on wall duty and he doubted it would be the last time. It was the first time he'd ever had to cover for someone he didn't know though, and without any forewarning beforehand. Oh, he knew the name, Morgan Trelend, and he recognised the face and her auburn hair wasn't that common so it was easier to pick her out. He didn't 'know' her though, they'd never talked and she'd always kept to herself a bit as far as he'd known of her. Now she'd given them a wonderful reason to meet.

By the time he entered the barracks, Aran had made a decision. He was annoyed, not incredibly to the point of real aggravation, but annoyed. This was due to the fact they'd snuck a small keg up into his tower, so it had made time pass a little easier. That and a board of stones to focus on, though he'd managed to lose. Mia was a freak when it came to the game as far as he was concerned, though, after having it as part of her training for years to train her mind she'd want to be.

Dropping his things off in his room and taking up his picks, he settled on two buckets of icy water from the baths as he made his way to Morgan's room. Helping himself into her room quietly didn't take much, and as he stepped inside he was reminded of waking Cairma up one morning. Of course, he'd done that more in the spirit of a good jest and that she didn't wake up the first time he came around. This time it was... Not revenge, he wasn't that motivated in regards to all of this. More a lesson, an instructive exercise in all.

SPLASH!

Laughing as Morgan shot out of bed, he took up the second bucket.

SPLASH!

Dropping the bucket as opposed to hurling it at her, he grinned cheerfully at her. "Thats for not coming to your shift and forcing me to cover for you. If it happens again, I'll do far worse. And since you're up, and all the people I normally have breakfast with are going to sleep, you can come to the messhall with me. Hurry up."

Clapping his hands to emphasis the last, he stepped outside and closed the door behind him. Her expression more than anything had been utter confusion, but he figured if she was given a moment or two more she'd realise what had happened and what she would do. As always he was ready to run if need be, and as a precaution he put a dozen or so feet between him and the door. Whatever happened, her going to sleep wouldn't be one of them with her sheets and bed soaked along with her.

OOC: Its a rough start, I can't remember exactly how we planned it to happen beyond the shift thing. If its something you can't fly with, let me know and I'll change it :)
