Firstly - Welcome to our little madhouse!

Secondly - Where in England?  There's quite a few of us based here.  Myself, I'm an expatriate from the States married to an Englishman.  :)

Thirdly - What's your poison?  There's the book discussion forums, the Orgs (social groups) and the Divs down in the DR PSW (aka, the roleplay half of the site).  Lots of goodies to choose from!

Hello and welcome to DM Brucey!  ;D  We're all massive fans of the series here, so I think you'll fit in here just fine.

From one Brit to another, welcome!

You don't have a Brucey Bonus hidden anywhere?

DM is a huge site, so don't worry if you get too lost or confused! Just post your questions and queries here, and we'll help you out...or you can use the new Ask the Staff Board. Do you have any interests so we could point you in the right direction?

But whatever you do here at DM, have fun! :)

HAHA you have no idea how many times i've heard that and yes of course i do  ;D

Where in England?

The south a little place called bracknell, its near reading if any of you know where that is.

What's your poison?

To be honest im not sure lol, i guess mainly discussing the books as i dont really know about the other things yet, but we'll have to see how things pan out.

I know where Reading is, approximately.  I've not had a change to explore England much since moving here in May of 2007, but I plan on seeing lots of it as I may! *grins*

And definitely explore around; you might find something you never realized you were into.  That's how I got roped into the roleplay in the first place some 8 years ago.  :s

Just go west of London, Rae. And despite your constant ridiculing of the Welsh, Wales is well worth visiting. Some really nice places to see. ;) Add it to your list of places to see.

Oh, I know, I know.  It's just fun to mock the Welsh, 'cause Owen gets pouty about it.  ^__^

And now, for an American!

Welcome to Dragonmount, as the others have already said look around and get to know people, there are lots of really cool people here, but dont take my word for it, go meet them your self ^-^

<dissapeares in a puff of smoke down to the RP boards again>

:) Wales! I love Wales! Owen who?

*thinks* Bracknell sounds familiar. Hubby and I used to drive around a lot. We once took a road trip from Flitwick, Beds., to Bath, into the Brecon Beacons, and back. Another time we went down to Tintagel. We went to Brighton, too. So I probably drove through it or by it.  :)

Ah, the Brecon Beacons. Fantastic on a really sunny day. And extremely pretty with snow on them and viewed from my parents' home a good 25-30 miles away (I think! lol!).

*drifts off about picture postcards...*
