Not that kind of pipe.  (Against the RP rules, unfortunately.  That could have made for some interesting RPs).  Janine used to smoke, and Lavinya took her pipe from her when she first arrived at the Tower.  Janine, being something of a vindictive individual who holds a grudge well, wants it back.  'Nuff said. :P
