Your character has an accident of some sort, can be training related or from some other reason. This does not have to affect your character negatively. The accident may harm or injury another PC or NPC. You are to deal with the accident and it's consequences. Min 5 posts. (must have one other PC involved)

 

i figured this one would be fun, not quite sure which type of accident to do, only something that would need maybe longer dealing with as Hall too easily would brush off anything minor...less anyone else would like to get hurt

 

i been thinking of temporary loss of a sence, but cant round my brain around how to do it, like loss of sight or something which would actualy rock his boat because it could keep him from becoming a tower guard if it becomes permanent...so if so thinking some accident where the outcome is unknown if its permanent or temporary

 

Hrm, just a suggestion...

 

What if he took a tumble? Say, strolling on some high up wall and someone jokingly gave your character a shove and then you trip over...something? and end up catching yourself as you are about to fall off the outside of a wall, but then you slip and drop to the ground. The whack to your head hurts, and when you wake up, you cant see?

 

Or else, you're walking in the street and some careless person is backing up carrying a big load and doesn't see you and right at the last minute someone calls you so you look the other way, walk into the guy and end up slipping on his fish - because hes carrying fish - and then you just happen to stumble into a cart on its side, push out the wedge that was holding the thing up, and then had the wagon take a crack at your head?

 

The only complication would be Aes Sedai Healing - it heals everything, not just a bit of something...so you'd either  have to avoid Aes Sedai, somehow - mortification? fear of being thrown out of the tower, blind? - or else have it be some weird anomaly that is only half-healed and it leaves him looking as though he was surrounded by pea-soup mist....as if the light was still coming in but he couldn't actually see anything.

 

Thoughts?

actualy for the blindness that was the only thing i came up with because i just watch a tv episode on a serie i follow where one of the chars are blind after a serious accident, and they dont know if its perm or temp at first, then dont know how long it will last as its determined that the blindness isnt from damage but from brain mentaly not wanting to deal with stuff, so there is nothing the doctors can actualy do

 

and last i checked healing as such didnt work on mentality, they can talk to you etc, but cant heal you as such
