I enjoyed it. Its no Batman Begins, but its pretty good. Brandon Routh has the super powered boy scout thing down. James Marsden is now a professional buttmonkey. Great guy, his girl loves someone else.

 

Anyways, good movie.

I actually had my reservations about the film. I think I went in with great expectations and they were not met.

I didn't go in with great expectations, myself. I did think it was entertaining, but certainly not of the caliber of other comic-based movies of recent time. Several elements of the plot just seemed a little too contrived, and the acting was quite stiff.

 

Still, it was a fun little movie with some excellent special effects and otherwise enjoyable scenes. Overall I give it a B. Good, but not the best.

I give it a C+ and only because I like Kevin Spacey. Oh and they used great special effects... which any movie can do these days. It should be more about the script, plot and acting.

It was incredibly underwhelming.The plotline made no sense,espescailly when Superman lifted the Crystal Island,with kryptonite in him!

YEAH! What was up with that?

He should have diad horribly!
