Is there a list of "accepted" classes somewhere and guidelines of what is to be done in them?

Is there a list of non-op classes too, do you know Jade? Like the basic etiquette, ajah classes etc?

I have a Blue Ajah class somewhere...

I sent all the classes to Claire at some stage. Can't remember if I forwarded them to Lavi.

I don't have them so it must have just been Claire. I'll ask her to forward them on to me :)
