I haven't heard an idea this stupid in a while.

 

Fox is developing a film based on the E*Trade baby commercials. "Parks and Recreation" scribe Kate Dippold is penning the script which follows a group of babies on a mission to make their way across a playground.

Sounds like a kids movie, and there it probably wouldn't be too stupid.

Kinda sounds like an episode of Rugrats (I loved that show).

I will say, Rugrats was my favorite Nickelodeon show by far.  Even the movies were entertaining.
