ripping apart the books

has anyone else had the desire to rip apart all the books according to pov and to put them all together again so you have the story from one person at a time?

i seem to recall reading a post either here or at TL, not sure if it was joking, that talked of taking the books apart, scanning the pages individually, and reassembling them in the correct timeline order. . .

i do not have this urge as my memory is not good enough for continuity issues to annoy me. . . .

the POV reassembly sounds interesting. maybe the next kindle could do it.

yeah cause this way, you could see exactly what everyone knew and it wouldbe easier to keep track of

But it isn't perfect this way either. For example, when you're at half of ToM, Perrin's timeline is at the point Rand's was at VoG.

yeah but you would only be reading perrins timeline so you wouldnt notice the difference in timelines
