If we are allowed, we have a personal point pool of 80 together (these are the points people of higher ranks can give out. A Faction Leader has 50, a Storm Leader 30). If we promise five points for each one who joins us in the first one or two weeks, we could built up a Faction.

i like the idea of a third faction, and i don't think there should be limits on switching, cause people can get tired of stuff, and it's better to keep them around in another faction than lose them entirely.
