Hi all, been lurking here for a bit while I read through the series for my first time. Took all my strength to not read any spoilers :D I'm almost finished with Towers of Midnight and I can't wait for the finial book. Just wanted sign up and say hi.

    Well anyways, I'll give you a brief rundown of the set up around here. Sorry for typos; I'm not truly awake yet.

    There is the general discussion board, where you can talk about the books BEWARE OF SPOILERS

    Then there are the social groups where we hang out have fun and pretend like we all actually live together and goof off

    Then there are the rp boards where you write your own adventure in randland--see Nyneave for more details

     

    So, which book are you on? Which characters are your favorites? Favorite part?

    You've actually read more than I have, I just mailordered Gathering Storm and Towers of Midnight. In fact, I hope that they won't arrive until next wednesday, 'cause we have an examination week from this thursday to next wednesday and the new WoT books could ruin my exam results... The teacher probably won't like if I write the history test full of stuff about the Age of Legends or trolloc wars... I wonder what would her face look like after reading it :biggrin:

    Ledinna you should totally do that!!!!!! Or maybe not... Don't want you to fail, but that would be awesome!!!! Too bad I'm not going to take any more history classes..... :P that would be awesome. What if your teacher was a WoT person too and actually understood everything???? MORE AWESOME!!!!!

     

    Ok I've decided that if I ever teach anything besides special education and I give tests there will be a WoT related bonus question on every test :P

    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I just finished Towers of Midnight last night and. Now I'm thinking to myself, do I have time for another complete reread of the sieres before the final book is out? Lets hope so because I'm going to start TEOTW in a couple days.

     

    As for favorite characters or parts..well thats going to require a little thought. :biggrin:
