Challenge!!!!

 

 

Okay guys, in light of our recent success in the 100,000 thread, I have a new even bolder challenge.

 

I was viewing the main forums page, and noticed something. Our total replies from this Org are higher than most others....

 

 

IN FACT!

 

 

...The only two boards with more replies than us are the White Tower, which has two groups encompassed and still barely beats us, and the General Discussion board, which is not only popular, but contains Fiddles.

 

Henceforth, I challenge you to beat them both, and take our rightful place as the Org with the most replies!

 

Now we can beat the WT pretty easily, but we might be in a long haul to get past General Discussion.

 

I think we can do this guys, will you accept the challenge?

Quite honestly, if it was anyone else, I wouldn't think it could be done, but I have faith in you guys.

 

We are about 60k down from the WT, and more than 200k below General Discussion.

 

The only thing is, all three numbers will be in flux the whole time, so it'll be a bit more challenging. I'll have to keep a graph or something to show the results.

I definitely think we post at a faster rate than most, so we should move up more than they do on a regular basis, which is why a graph will be cool to have.

I accept that challenge. Sounds fun! We should change the goal 100,000 thread's name to goal 200,000.

What i find especially interesting is how we have way less threads but way more posts. So lets spam away!

This is hard for me because I actively am part of WT now and was part of General too, and am not part of BT, wonder if I should join.

I propsoe that we spam all threads created to max points. If we spread out the nearly 3000 posts that were in the 100000 now 200000 thread over the main board, it will be quite easy.

 

I think I will propose to Tina a point bonus to the person with the highest monthly post total. She has gobs of points to hand out so it could work. Not sure how we will track it tho. doe the board give post breakdown like the individual threads?

The 100,000 thread definitely gave a boost without being a bunch of different topics. Lol, that one thread alone is a third of our total replies. I think it will continue to be a large chunk.
