Nya blinked, and she wasn't in the Black Tower anymore. She suddenly and inexplicably found herself in a round room with ten doors set in a circle. Dark sparkles rained down from the curiously undefined ceiling. With the sound of ten slams, the doors opened, and in stalked ten black unicorns and ten black llamas. Confused at the strange reversal of the things she loved, she looked around with rising panic. A voice boomed from every direction.

 

I know your fear. All people secretly fear what would happen if their greatest loves turned against them. Feel that terror now!

 

Her alarm rose even higher as each animal seemed to grow larger, fires that were both beautiful and terrifying burning in their eyes. The abominations charged...

 

...and she woke to find herself on the ground in the scene she had left moments before. Marsh stood by her side, helping her stand. "You fainted. Still want your surprise?" he asked, but there was a dark gleam in his eyes that made her wonder just how much he knew...
