After the chili cook-off.

I'm just really drawn into this image. This is where my thoughts are and where I would love to be. It's begging to fit into a scene in my book. So it may have to go there.

At the moment my happy place is my chair, with the kitties, and hot cocoa. Today was awesomely fun at the zoo, but cold and wet. Will try and share some of the good pictures once I get them off the camera. The zoo was a very happy place to be today!

Today, I'm missing this place, one of the truly beautiful buildings in Atlanta: 

 

 

This is actually the back door of the Swann House at the Atlanta History Center. It was built in the 1920's and is just breath taking on the inside. This is what my house will look like some day... *sighs wistfully* I was totally born in the wrong century...

On the armchair under a warm blanket with my cat. :3

As a late 15th Century Scotswoman (in the SCA anyway) my heart is often in Scotland. (A place I desperately wish to visit someday).
