best case scenario, yeah. cats are liquid, so they'd get out of any harness anyway.

that's pretty much how it works. unless you get them into the collar and leash right away from birth. then you have a chance of teaching them

my sister bathes them weekly from 6 weeks old, wraps them in baby blankets, and bottle feeds them their whole lives. she can do anything with them. not sure why she'd want to destroy their souls that way though.
