So even though it would mean the Cardinals did not get in, I am not sure I really like the extra WC spot. As it is, there has been a lot to talk about already this postseason.

As far as topic one goes, that umpiring was just as bad as the refereeing in the Packers-Seahawks game. Disgraceful.

Ach, the Reds just lost, so we couldnt sweep even though Bailey pitched masterfully. Oh well.

Well, I have two reasons to see that as good...lol.

 

One, I am a Cardinals fan, so the Reds are bad , and two, because getting swept in the playoffs is really unfortunate for the losing team.

I love the Cardinals so much.

Had to step away from this thread a few days. Losing Cueto really hurt us, as well as wasting Baileys awesome game. Oh well. Hopefully they can make it next year.

They had a great run this year. They seemed near unstoppable in Sept. I couldn't watch the Cards in Gm 5 as every time I did the Nats scored, and every time I turned it off, the Cards scored....lol.
