I only had to see a couple of episodes to know Damon.

I have part of first season, most of the second season and I am not sure if third season started.

What happens to Stefan in third season?

I want to know. They lift it at a cliffhanger in season 2.

They haven't started season 4 over in india? This thursday is the 2nd episode of season 4, and are you really sure you want to know about the third season??? I am Damon all the way!!

It's definately better than twilight. It's like chocolate compared to the nastiest thing you can imagine.

You can't compare Twilight and Vampire Diaries! Vampire Diaries is much much much much better than Twilight. I never liked Twilight much.

And here season 3 starts from 7 November.

I don't think I want to know the spoilers.

I can also compare Hellsing and Trinity Blood to Twilight. They all have vampires. Hellsing and Trinity Blood just happen to be vastly superior.

That looks like Twilight, only with characters that I DON'T immediately want to murder. So I like it already.

I've seen this show around, but never watched it. I do love Vampires though. I believe Twilight messed up Vampires reputation, they used to be scary and shadowy...no when you say vampire people think Twilight...being a guy who likes vampires that gets annoying. Everyone assumes because I like vampires that I like Twilight, which is not true. ( I have seen the movies, thanks to a joke played on me...told me it was a different movie.)

My first interest in vampires came from a video game Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion. In the game you can become a vampire. It gives you extra sneak, 25% resistance to frost, and complete resistance from poison and sickness. In the game I scared people if I didn't blood feed enough and I loved it. Skyrim took vampire to the next level by adding a whole storyline about them. Which I thought was awesome. Then another friend of mine told me about True Blood on HBO. I thought nahhh too Twilight and girly vampire like. (I was judging it before I saw it.) But one day I was bored and watched a couple episodes and was hooked! It stayed true (for the most part) to what vampires are. I would be interested in the show if it stays true to vampires and isn't too much like Twilight. I'm picky with my vampires, sorry :P
