Hermione's most prominent features include her prodigious intellect and cleverness. She is levelheaded, book-smart and is very good with logic. She is often bossy yet unfailingly dutiful and loyal to her friends—a person who can be counted on. Despite Hermione's intelligence and bossy attitude, she has quite a lot of vulnerability in her personality, as well as a sense of insecurity underneath, and to compensate, she tries to be the best at everything at school, projecting a false confidence that can irritate people.

 

Hermione is an exceptionally talented young witch, and is a borderline genius. She received eleven O.W.L.s and ten Outstandings . She is the best student in Harry's year and is repeatedly the first student to master any spell or charm introduced in classes and even from more advanced years.

 

Bellatrix

 

She is a Death Eater and one of the most faithful members of Voldemort's inner circle.She is highly attractive yet emaciated due to her time in Azkaban which had hollowed her face, having thick, shining black hair and dark heavily lidded eyes. Bellatrix is paranoid, mentally unstable and fanatically devoted to Voldemort. She takes an obvious pleasure in acts of torture and cruelty, as demonstrated when she killed her cousin, Sirius Black. Despite her apparent mental instability, she is a witch of prodigious ability, as demonstrated by all her victories in duels against others.

The grounds of Hogwart's had been left as the aftermath of a great battle would be expected to appear. Rubble strewn everywhere bodies lying where they had fallen. Hermione had seen some of her freiends die today. She did not wish to join them. Carefully moving about she chanced upon ine of the most dangerous women in the world, Bellatrix Lestrange. There was no time for the niceties here it was kill or be killed...

WoT - you added 21 Levels onto you basic base of L10. You can only add 20.

Can you let us know which Element you are going to drop by one Level please? And it can't now be from the two Elements you just used in that first Mudslide attack, which I think are Earth and Water?

 

Also, I'm sure it was completely random that you and Cyan were matched against each other :nods:

Bela wiped the mud from her face and glared at Hermonie. Oh this girl was so gonna get it. She began to think up several nasty ways to kill her. A slow death would be preferable of course, but there were others to fight, so she might have to settle for something quick. After a moment's thought, she figured she'd start out with a bit of torture. That always seemed to make her victims more...pliable. She prepared the weave carefully and gently placed it over her opponents mind. Nothing happened. No screams, no writhing on the ground in pain, just a cool stare directed at her from across the arena.

Hermione turned and threw her best storm weave at Bellatrix

Bella managed to slice the storm weave before it could do too much damage, but the icy blast still made her stagger backwards a bit. Forget a slow death, she just wanted to singe the hair off of this girl. She prepared a weave of fire. Generally using pure fire didn't appeal to her much as it was hot and just annoying to clean up after, but this time she would make an exception. A large weave of fire snaked it's way across to where Hermonie stood opposite her. It coiled around her leg and began to burn hot. Finally she got her scream as Hermonie worked furiously to slice the weave. By the time the fire dissolved, her leg had been badly burnt.

Hermione's hair was singed and somewhat blackened and there were burn marks in her clothes, but she decided to use another weather weave with Cloud Dancing. Unfortunately nothing happened.

Once again Bella decided to try a bit of torture. The weave seemed to work for a second as a mad light flashed in Hermoine's eyes, but then it faded. She grumbled about whatever other forces were at work here. Today really just didn't seem to be her day.

Hermione wove flows of water and earth, and the lake shrank back a bit as a huge wave formed and started rolling towards Bellatrix. The most it did was spray her and then it collapsed.
