Maybe he's a techy and a trekkie?

I started reading about 8-9 years ago, I want to read some other fantasy novel, after LoTR (which I have read for years) I never really read fantasy until then (apart from LotR) it was always thrillers. Went into a book store read the back of EotW (which was in two parts then) and decided to give them a go.

I can't believe DM is 15...wow! I have been on here just under half it's life, I wonder how many of the original guys are still around!

Not a trekkie, though if I had to pic, I'd say Picard. Trek over Wars, too.

Yeah, but I'm more of a self-taught individual. Finally went back to trade school to get the pieces of paper that

say I know how to do the things that I already know how to do.

I first read tEotW nearly 7 years ago now, and joined DM after I finished the books that were out because I wanted more WoT stuff while I was waiting for the last book.

Nice. I know that song and dance. I think I'll enjoy studying it formally too though.

Maw, you'll be amazed at the number of times you'll say "I know all about that", only to go "Hmmm... that's new" 5 minutes later.

I've also experienced a fair amount of that. You'd think the computers were reprogramming themselves every time we turned our backs.

Maybe they are...

Facebook is twitter for people with no common sense about what they say...

Twitter is Facebook for people who talk too damn much...

and Instagram is Twitter for people who can't read.

I usually just play some games on FB, occasionaly say something or post something.

But I agree. I know people that talk their life on FB and I really don't want to see that all the time...haha

I don't know Instagram...which sounds like I'm lucky!!
