With a Novice.. Although I've -obviously- played through the ranks many times. :)

But what I am curious to know is what is the current WT plot?? (And I dont' mean via Traditional and the new type of novices), but what's available and open to Aes Sedai characters and where has the plot moved since.. 2009? Because I was reading through the website and I still see the timeline I wrote when I was DL and i'm curious to know what's changed. :)

The current Timeline of all the PSW is being looked over by all RGLs and Admins and will be adjusted and streamlined. Its been a work in progress, but progress is being made.

That is.. helpful and not. But I appreciate the answer, thank you. :) I'd offer help but I suspect you have it in hand and I might just complicate things.

Starting as a Novice you would be playing in Retro anyway. Even if you went with a Salidar novice you would play a few years in retro, and 100% of Novice time in the White Tower grounds, so you would have very little Main Timeline stuff to be dealing with.

Thanks for the offer of help. It won't be necessary just now, but I'll keep it in mind should help be needed in the future.

Well currently Salidar novices are accepted in the WT, the Reds are done with the negotiations with the BT so Reds are allowed to be bonded by the boys in the BT, and I think that actually goes for all Ajahs. I'd have to check in with LG again to be sure. Since I don't play a Red its a little hazy. The rules for the Salidar Novices are up here, which I don't think you can see yet but it will show easy reference. http://www.dragonmount.com/forums/topic/76277-traditional-and-salidar-novices-and-their-respective-mons/

As an aside did you retire all your characters you had previously played? If not you will need to in order to create a new one since I have on record you had three.

Yay, no problems that time!

Edit: Because I retired characters am I -required- to start over? Or am I allowed to just make an Aes Sedai and do some retro instead?

I will get in touch with Kat and let you know, she's in a different Timezone so I don't know officially. I *think* you can just do an Aes Sedai, but don't actually quote me on it till Kat weighs in. I don't know that its come up, usually when people come back they bring back an old character or restart with a Novice. So that's why i'm hazy. *laughs*
