There seems to be an awful lot of different ways to cook with spam.

oh dear, this reminds me... must post trifle of chocolate cake... that was a wonderful inspiration...

I may have to make it again soon... the office is in a depressing state. sugar, caffeine and chocolate usually help.

It would be great to get some different desert recipes. We have people from all over the world here. What kind of desert do you do in India etc.

 

I have never made KeyLime pie. I think I should try that.

key lime pie is the pie god... I could live off of it... so i will definitely have to try and make that sometime...
