Hi Everyone!!!

I am so excited for BlueCon coming up! Before we get started, I wanted to gauge the interest in a Worldbuilding Discussion. I want to know who would like to participate, and how they would find the discussion to be the most beneficial.

If you please, take the poll, and then we can also discuss how you might like to see a worldbuilding discussion. If there is a response that would indicate a good level of interest in a discussion on this, I would love to know some of the things that people would like to talk about.

Thanks Guys!!!!

I would love to see a worldbuilding discussion!

I would participate but not overly because I suck at planning and world building but I'm utterly fascinated by hearing how others go about it.

Oooh maybe if we talked about our favourite worlds and why they stuck out as real to us....I'd participate the heck out of that section.

Gud - worldbuilding is the process of creating the fantasy world in the books - like the magic, the monsters, the world and how everything works together. Worldbuilding is integral to fantasy novels and writing - if we have a discussion on worldbuilding we would talk about a lot of the fantasy worlds we love, I was going to incorporate a bit about what makes them real (which is what blank was saying she would enjoy), and also talk about how we would write stuff or what we think is important in worldbuilding... There's a lot to talk about, and worldbuilding is really (to me) what makes fantasy series so amazing!
