The guy with the rainbow flag is Ronnie James Dio, once upon a time a singer of a band called Rainbow, and rainbows featured as a recurring theme in his lyrics. Basically, this is a thing:

 

 

And the guy in the massive studded leather jacket is Rob Halford, the singer of Judas Priest and an openly gay man. And he wants his flag back.
