Depends on the anime. If it's dubbed by Funimation, I watch it dubbed. If not, I watch it subbed. Matching Mew Mew Power traumatized me.

There are 30 second ads at the beginnig of each episode, and they are subbed.Srry. Well, the one I tested was. They have like 4 or five versions of each episode, and you can pick the one you want.

I just buy the Hetalia seasons when they are released (Or a few weeks before) at the Funimation booth at Anime Expo... The next season should be out around time for the convention so hope they have it there this year.
