Yes, this is where you make an Ogier bio. When they ceased to be a division, the Freelanders were made their caretakers.

 

Though this only applies to mainland Ogier to be clear. The Seanchan handle the Deathwatch Ogier and such over there.

Can we get a moment of silence for the long dead Ogier Division? Please?
