GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
I've noticed a couple posts from Gud now, think the other was about Dice, where her reads are sort of predicated on the notion that wolves avoid lying. Moments where she suspects that someone is deliberately softing that they are not a villager. Did she make these sorts of reads last game?

GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
Going to humor the if shad was a wolf comments on page 35 for my amusement If Zander and Lenlo were v/v, I think I would stay largely out of it and focus on some low hanging fruit with the hopes that Zander gets mislynched today anyway and I can offer up my D1 push for sacrifice tomorrow. If Lenlo was a wolf, yeah I could see myself playing it about the same way. I'd sacrifice an easy Zander mislynch to get my partner out of harm's way and be "more correct" about the villager than the wolf while doing it. If Zander was a wolf, uh, I don't even know it's harder for me to imagine that exchange coming from Zander as a wolf than my own reaction coming from myself as a wolf lol

Honestly No clue at this point beyond that the feeling there wasn't half as strong. One of us will have to ISO me. XD

A bit uncomfortable with this post. It reads like something I would say as a wolf. Very verbose summary of what happened fronting for an absence of alignment-relevant thoughts beneath. But I get the impression I'll stumble into your thoughts between here and the present so put a hold on that suspicion.

In tracker land it's saying "Hey town PR, you should totally use your ability on [player who would almost certainly never, if wolf, carry the kill.]" It serves a wolf agenda in a lowkey way that wolves actually do often (unlike say, RTE's very blatant fishing which throws caution to the wind). But we're in watcher land. But Verb thought we were in tracker land. But it turned out actually almost no one in the thread knew what they were doing including myself so I'm tempted to just dismiss the thought entirely lol

wrt me being in catch-up mode Get used to it because I am a notoriously slow reader lol This is why I typically play a style of Werewolf that does not require or expect you to read most of the posts.

RTE's summary on p33 clicks with a number of unexpressed leans I've had and I can definitely see his role fishing as twtbaw given how blatant he was about it. Back to neutral for you.

I don't think I have ever seen the word spelled out that way lol "Meta" is usually used in its dictionary sense, this in context being the application of data on the person generating the content.

Wagonomics never make sense to me with a field this small because any given individual has a high chance to deviate from expectations. They certainly hold weight in big games. The patterns are true and actionable on a larger scale.

Better to kill both of them if neither improve. I'm of the opinion cop peeks belong in the middle of the pack. Let's say it's getting close to end of D2 and at this point there are two players you are dead convinced that short of an award winning performance have to be villagers and two more player who you think are likely wolves. Peek belongs in the four in the middle. Generally ideal to peek players who you think will not be killed any time soon by either faction. They're the ones who the late game is contingent on. If your reads are heavily at odds with thread consensus and your other wolf is part of that middle of the pack collectively, then you can have your cake and eat it too.

I don't think inherited information is likely but regardless watcher becomes cop-in-practice when there's only one wolf left so if we can clear out two wolves early there are a lot of avenues to lock the game. Alright I made it through page 27 and I gotta go to bed, think I showed up around 30 so there shouldn't be much more catch-up tomorrow.

Most of the time it will yield x was visited by y no further information. Whether the shot came from wolves or the town vig is usually very obvious especially with a little research.

GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
In that world wolves would have to shoot themselves, otherwise best return you're going to get is an outed vig, ... I'll add an unless I'm being dumb since I was being dumb last time. But I'll admit that your seeming lack of precise awareness of what town PRs are out there gives me a slight positive feeling.

With those two, it would certainly be in the play book. They don't get a full game pass for it if the other flips wolf. As I've said I do think Zander is town, but that level of back and forth with a hypothetical wolf Lenlo does not clear him the way it can clear some people.

I think my head went to tracker because it was missing the context of if the flip is wolf. Obviously if one of them flips town there is no value in watching the other. So maybe my reaction has some merit but toned down from 11 to a 2 or 3.

GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
Wait No that's a tracker not a watcher. lol I'm bad. Sorry Verb
-
GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
No. No. You're a wolf Verb I'm sorry. If we lynch one of Zander/Lenlo and the other is a wolf, in what universe would wolves ever have the other carry the kill? This is like, just baiting a PR to use their action poorly regardless of Zander/Lenlo's alignments.

GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
RTE has been very nice in this game and I hate lynching nice people but so far his two major contributions have been Encouraging a policy lynch of a likely villager Asking the town PRs to out on D1 like lol
-
GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
More reasons he is a villager lol Wolf Zander is going to be more selective in his pushes and not cast himself at odds with the entire thread, usually.
-
GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
Yeah I mean Obviously all of the things you've called out today have been easy things to call out but our heads have been in the same place so much that I'm barely even glancing over my shoulder before trusting you and it's still D1 lol I dunno what the vote count is but I strongly advise against lynching Zander today. Even if I'm dead wrong, which is historically unlikely, there are two other wolves to catch.

Thoughts on Turin's summary post. Up to this point and including that post, I've never gotten the sense that he's pushing an agenda to lynch villagers. Lack of agenda vibes was what had him in my village early, and that has sustained. Wolves don't necessarily need an agenda on D1. They can sit back and let the chaos of zero information reign. But it's a good look up to this point. I do find myself at odds with him on a lot of reads. He has Lenlo pretty high and I'm mixed there. He has Verbal pretty high and Verb's the only person I've found to be just wolfy with no counterpoint up to now. He has Zander low albeit not in a damning way, and I think Zander's a villager. One of us is wrong, or maybe we're both wrong to some degree about different things, but I get the inevitable jeebees that maybe he's a wolf who's not pushing an agenda wrt who we should lynch but is trying to prop up his team mates a bit. These are conditional things and not a concern for today. We'll see where the flips lead us.

This post is the oldest play in the Werewolf book but so blatant about it that I don't know what to think lol

GAME OVER - Among Us Mafia Game - Mafia wins!
Just wanted to say because I'm seeing a couple of discomfort posts about the thread state yesterday, the aggro is all in good fun and can actually be pretty productive for some players in feeling each other out. Obviously it's not for everybody, and if anyone's making you feel directly uncomfortable, please by all means let them know! But I've played with Zander and Lenlo enough that I feel confident saying they weren't mad at each other, and if I get a bit scrappy with either of them down the road, the same applies.
