I can't believe there isn't a thread for this yet. If any of you play, the crafting system just recieved a huge overhall in the discovery tab. Now you do not need to remove items from your bank to use them for discovery. This new update will make it so much easier to level crafts.

Survival show, two people, a Man & Woman, are thrust into survival situation, completely naked. With only '1' survival instrument of their choosing. So far, 2 episodes in, its interesting. And.. Well, given the way the show goes. Everyone ends up losing like 20-50 pounds..... (Biggest Loser + this ? = gold. lol)

I cannot believe there is no thread for this yet so in news released today apparently the 8th season will no longer be the final one and we will get a 9th season. With luck we will still meet the mother at the end if this season but I'm just so happy So who else likes the show?

Airing January 8, 15, 22, 29 and February 5,12, & 19 on PBS 9pm est I know a PBS TV show is probably not on your radar as it certainly was not on mine. The first season was streaming on netflix and I had heard rumblings about the show this summer so I decided to check it out. My wife and I devoured the first season in 3 days. Yes it was that good. What did I like about it? Every person in this large cast (maybe 20 people) is perfectly cast and somehow they explore each person. I went in with reservations about the show being a period piece that showed the servants and the upper class under the same roof, but I really loved it. I really encourage anyone sea…

Doc Rivers - Clippers from Boston Paul Pierce - Nets from Boston Kevin Garnett - Nets from Boston Dwight Howard - Houston from Lakers. What just happened. I was hoping that Dwight would join the Rockets last season with the arrival of JLin and Harden but this year works just as well. Clippers are gonna be a team to watch, Rockets will be a team to watch, Boston won't be. In their trade they received good players though not all-star caliber and three future draft picks in the years 2014, 2015, and 2018 or something and they'll rebuild around their PG Rajon Rondo. Thoughts on trades here or any others that have been going on?

  9. For those who may be interested but don't know, we have what we call the State of Origin, where the best of Queensland and New South Wales play Rugby League in a 3 match contest. (For the competition, but it also was used to help select the national team) Queensland tonight have won an unprecedented 8 series in a row, the final score 12-10. QUEENSLANDER!!! For any who want to discuss the match or find out what the hell I'm talking about.

Nice to see the previous thread on Dexter season 8. What is your opinion of Dexter? Is he good? Is he bad? How would you like to see the series end? I want to see Dexter dead, killed by Debs. I think that would be fitting. Would the producers be that bold?!

So Nadal [spain] has been sent home early with his straight sets defeat by the brilliant Darcis [belgium] who saw him off with a variable mix of serve and volley, baseline, and great net play. Nadal looked off-form, sporting a weak knee, unable to plant well on his back foot. He fought hard though, in true Nadal form, never giving up and complaining; he kept chipping away and made Darcis work for his final set. In the end, Darcis was the clear winner in every category - If he continues to play as well as he did here, I think we're in for more upsets in the tournament. And now we have Lleyton Hewitt [Aus] coming back from a 1-4 deficit in the second set (havin…

  14. Apart from Matty and me.... I know they're German made and I think they pretty much stayed in German cinema, but I'm curious as to whether they got dubbed into other languages. I mean, Lex Barker (Old Shatterhand) was American and he played all his parts in English, which was later voiceover'd XD Ya never know... Anyhoo, I'm on a nostalgic splurge :P My parents were raised on these books and movies, and they passed that on to us kids, and I love love loooooove these movies and wanted to share <3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLNOobcrFIg

Prepare yourself for the most anticipated event of the year (probably); Dragonmount's very own Wheel of Time Cage Match 2013. The loveable rogue and military mastermind Matrim Cauthon holds the title from last year, who will claim the top spot this time? For those who are unfamiliar with Cage Matches, two characters from the Wheel of Time will be pitted against each other in a match to the death. Each match will have it's own write-up scenario, but it is your votes that will ultimately decide the winner. All matches and information can be found here: http://www.dragonmou...wot-cage-match/ You can get behind your favorite character with one of the fabulous Ca…

Dice (makes of the Battlefield series) has been confirmed by an EA spokesperson as the publisher for a new Battlefront game. It's not being called Battlefront 3 because it is "Dice's interpretation of what Battlefront should be" or something like that. So maybe it's technically just a reboot or whatever but who cares? BATTLEFRONT! WOO!

How come there's no thread for this?! lol. I just saw it today (I harrassed my local cinema to put it up in English), and OMG it was amaaazing. Fine, the story is a bit thin. Bad guys want to destroy the forest, tiny little leaf people want to preserve it. Cue epic battles, especially when a human girl gets drawn in. But omg... It was so beautiful. It's the most astonishing thing I've seen. I thought Avatar would be the most beautiful animated thing I've ever seen. Not so. Epic is way past that. The light, and the movements, and the feel of it... I don't have words really. It felt like sitting in the forest. It's also got a great humour, and the music is brilliant…

I'm really excited for this movie. I hope they do it right and don't pull a Lucas. The good news is, there hasn't been 2 decades between the trilogy and the making of the Hobbit, so hopefully Jackson hasn't lost his perspective.

I'd like to invite everyone to try out a free, browser-based (nothing to download) game set in the Wheel of Time universe. This game has been around for awhile, and at one time Dragonmount had a huge presence there. The game sort of fell apart a few years ago, but it is under new ownership now, and the new owner has done a fantastic job of rebuilding the game, making it much better than it's ever been before. The time commitment required ranges from a few minutes every couple of days or so (if you don't have a lot of ambition to be listed among the top players but just want to have a little fun), to about as much time as you care to devote to it. You are allowed multiple …

If fans may grow impatient with the repetitive Showtime drama “Dexter,” they can’t fault the quality of the show’s guest serial killers. The great Ray Stevenson, who spent two glorious seasons on HBO’s “Rome” as the bloodthirsty Titus Pullo, has been cast in the recurring role of a Russian mobster, according to Entertainment Weekly’s James Hibberd. (Coincidentally, fellow “Rome” vet James Purefoy, who played Marc Antony, has Just been cast as the lead serial killer in an untitled Fox pilot.) Stevenson follows in the recurring footsteps of John Lithgow, Jimmy Smits, Peter Weller, Julia Stiles, Colin Hanks, and Edward James Olmos. Away from “Dexter,” Stev…

I was wondering if anyone else had played this marvellous minimalist puzzle platformer. (Just a warning: I'm going to be using lots and lots of positive adjectives to describe this game) The game follows the adventures of a spontaneously generated AI called Thomas, as he moves through the two dimensional virtual world that he exists in. This sounds pretty cut-and paste, but with the beautiful background graphics, the amazing lighting and the unparalleled narration make this game into something else. The little red rectangle of Thomas is one of the greatest characters that I have 'met' in a video game for a long time, and I found myself playing it at points just to listen…
