Disney+ officially launched in the US on 11/12/2019. Costs me only $6.99/month, or $69 a year if anyone is interested. One thing this does, that Netflix doesn't, is charge you extra for HD/4k video. This link gives a list of every movie & TV Show currently available on Disney+ https://www.theverge.com/2019/10/14/20913417/disney-plus-launch-lineup-marvel-star-wars-pixar-tv-shows-movies-simpsons-national-geographic

So I read this book "surrounded by idiot's", wich sounds pretty hostile I know, but it is totally with a fun intention. The book is based on the disc test. Basically it means it is about personality traits, comunicating, and why it becomes so much clutter, when different personalities try to comunicate. and end up not understanding eachoter, but like said with a fun twist. Now it is focused on workplaces but you can totally relate to it privately too. When I first started recognizing myself in one of the four colors, I was just like; EXCACTLY, *nods* see this author gets me, I'm not a meeny, I just like facts and hard work. And it makes perfect sense to …

This released as an Early Access game on Steam & GOG on October 6th. So far I'm LOVING the game. Wouldn't recommend if you can't stand Bugs, performance issues, or it being 100% faithful D&D 5e Adaptation. I'm sure the first two issues will be resolved before it leaves early access; but getting it to be 100% faithful adaptation to 5e is less likely to happen, if not impossible. With a few modifications I think they'll be pretty damn close though!

I've been watching this show, based on Michelle McNamara's novel, I'll be gone in the dark. Loving it so far! For those unfamiliar, Michelle McNamara had been researching the Golden State Killer, all his victims for around a Decade. She died 2016, after an accidental overdose, leaving behind her Husband Patton Oswalt (yes the comedian) and a daughter. Literally 3 days after her death, they caught the murderer. After her Death, Patton Oswalt continued and got her book published 2 years after her death. It debuted at the #1 spot on the New York Times Best seller list. The whole thing is a fascinating story. ow McNamara & Oswalt got married,…

I wanted to start a thread on the new series "House of the Dragon". Personally, when HBO announced several spin-offs, my hope was to have a show on the Doom of Valyria and the rise of the Targaryens before they came to Westeros. Much to my dismay, they started with the Long Night. I got enough history on the creation of the White Walkers during the show, so I was rather disappointed on re-telling that story...but yes, I would have watched it anyway :). Needless to say, I wasn't too sad with the cancellation of the show. However, I am excited for "House of the Dragon". Yeah, it doesn't go as far back as I wanted, but, I do think the Dance of the Dragons will make for a gre…

May Father Nurgle's blessings be upon you all. May his contagion and pestilence be bestowed upon you . May you know the eternal suffering that life is meant to be. May you be left yearning for the gaping maw of death in the eternal cycle of renewal. To receive the blessings of Nurgle, all one has to do is want to live and be willing to do whatever it takes to cling to life. All else follows naturally from there. The church of the Fly Lord is open to all. Hello everybody! I am Millon. A mere acolyte of the suffering of papa Nurgle. This past year has been amazing for me for the hobby I have been introduced to. I am 40 yrs old and never have I done any type of …

I watched the first two episodes and thought it looked cheap and that the actors were bad. I guess the story was presented in a good way. People seem to love the series though. What am I missing? Will I change my mind if I continue to watch? I have not read the books and not played the games.

So what do we expect from this movie? What plotlines do we want to see tied up? Will we discover the actual identity of Snoke? Rey's parents?

The end of 2019 has finally passed, and I can now look back and see the full picture of what entertainment media I consumed for the year. As has been the case the past few years, it has been dominated by TV (and YouTube, which I didn't include in this retrospective). Below you will find my list of the top TV shows of the year, the worst shows of the year, the books I read in 2019, the films I saw in 2019 (although not necessarily released in that year), and all the television shows I watched during the year (including the ones I only watched an episode or three of before giving up or just never going back). [You'll notice many TV shows get listed twice in the "Television …
