of bringing Noggy back. Seriously. So what's the status on the trollocs here? Are we all pretty much LOA/inactive/fallen off the face of the earth? Also, Roka's valestorm.net site has taken a dump, so I don't know how well preserved all the tribe info is (I might have a backup copy somewhere...)

Relentless anger raged against the void, threatening to destroy it, anger against his Master and anger towards the Aes Sedai's meddling. Pointing his finger at his Master, he spoke with an icy cool anger, "You are nothing but a pathetic old man, a useless Relic from an Age long gone," as he spoke he drew upon the power of the True Source, seizing it, taking as much as he could hold, "It is time for your cowardly ways to end, but first I have a surprise." Osan'gar drew himself up, his illusion of shadows swirling around him. "You dare speak to me in this manner Servant! Tell me why I should not strike you down this instant. I will teach you the ..." Day 32 ooc this is before DW happen but after tear...Ata does not have agelessness marking her as an Aes Sedai, this is in the aftermath of her beeing stilled and healed, since that day when she got stilled i counted days to keep track on things..anyone having any questions feel free to PM me to ask Ata looked about the rooms one last time and then turned and closed her door, there where barely ligth outside and the first beams of sunray would shine on the white tower as they left Tar Valon. It was early but she wanted to use the day to its full, the horses was already finished packed, the puppy safe in a basket tied to the back of the sadle on her mare. She…

The sun was coming up over the horizon casting a glow upon that land, seeming to be on fire. The wind blew down from the North, a cold a bitter wind that felt like death. The trees seemed to be alive from this distance but from up close it was obvious that the moving trees were strictly the camouflage of tents and men. The small camp was a mobile fighting force and ready to move. A bitter chill ran through Gareth’s body as he stood before the camp. It had been long that he had left them waiting. Many had left, only a few remained of what once had been a great force for the Shadow, most had died at Chachin, the others had left when he did in pursuit of their own desires.…

Mateo was on a mission this morning. He had gotten up early and was on his way to practice and set up for his mentee to come out with him. He wanted things to be just right when he brought him out to train. He had the perfect place he wanted to use. He'd been there many times in the past and it always proved an interesting spot. Pulling his dark cloak around him he searched the area with his cold blue eyes. He'd gotten more that one strange look because of his eyes. They had always had an icy look to them. His black hair made them stand out even more and the scar above his eye made people focus their attention of them. In the field he had come to he noticed a horse st…

Daraniea felt a soft breeze thread its way through her soft curls. She hadn’t had any trouble entering Tar Valon, the guards barely sparing her a first glance, let alone a second. Gazing at the grand spectacle that was the White Tower, Daraniea was reminded of her own country’s Topless Towers. She missed Cairhien. It seemed as though it had been ages since she had been back. Looking down at the one lonely stripe adorning her gown, her determination renewed itself, and within her came a focus. She knew not what to expect, or even really what she was supposed to do, but she was a strong willed person, and she would see it through to the end, if nothing else. Her tr…

http://www.dragonmount.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2104 Thats right folk, its taken a while but by return RP is up. Dali, Dash, if one of you two can get in on this, that'll be great so we can IC wise play out Covai's reduction in rank. Anybody else, feel free to jump in, its been a year or more IC wise since Covai's been back to the Black Tower, so a lot of stuff will have changed. So come along, poke fun or start abuse/accusations and the scruffy bloke wearing the nice shiny SL uniform and Asha'man pins. Any Dedicated can jump in as the one on the gate, or we can just leave it as an NPC if someone else wants to jump in first :P Ged, time to meet your future…

Scout Training: The Eye “As Scouts you’re only as good as your eyes, and the sharpest weapon at your disposal should be your mind.†Ram addressed the Scouts with a firm military tone, one he had learned and copied from Mehrin and Amon. Some of these young soldiers didn’t know who he was, and he wanted to make it very clear that he was not a leader to be taken lightly. Men died in combat if they didn’t respect and listen to their leaders. ‘I’ll have no one dieing because they never learned to take their commanders seriously.’ Of all the many things a person could die of in battle, it was a shame to have a life wasted simply because of the sol…

Meia used it for his own, had for the entire two years he had been at the Tower. It was still early, the sun still barely peeking over the horizon. Orion hated sleeping late, usually waking with the sun for the quiet. The peace and stillness that came with the early morning, before the rest of the world began to function and everyone went through the motions of their day to day lives. Legs crossed and hands resting on his knees he took in his suro…

Heh yeah, this has been a long time coming. Like... half a year, probably. *rolls eyes* Anyway, for the next couple of months, I'm going to be insanely busy. I'm graduating from high school this year, and because I'm at this insane self-paced school, and behind, I've got more work than I can handle right about now. So yeah. Cut off is June 9, so I should be fairly alive after that point, and after the 29 of June I won't have anything but time. I'll still be checking the boards and my email, so if you need to catch me, just send me a PM or email, but my posting will definitely be going from sporadic to hardly at all. (or is that where it is now? :P ) -Leila

OOC: this takes place before the main time line and before the Dragon's amnesty. IC: Viviana was fuming, she had just the left the ceremonial room where the Hall of the Tower met. Some silly Blue git who calls herself a Sitter had called the Hall for some nonsense meeting. Like she had nothing better to do. As she was walking back to the Red Quarters with big angry steps Viv didn't see the Novice who stood chattering with another girl around the corner. At least not until she actually stepped on the girl's legs and nearly tripped. Her papers were flying through the air, as the two girls looked at her stunned. One of them, most probably the brightest one, Viv thought g…

Racelle stared blankly at the embroidery hoop on her lap. With a million thoughts flying through her head, the white flower she was working on hardly looked anything like what she wanted it to. Sighing she began picking out the stitches to start over. She had been told that Dashiva would be in bed for a few days and would take him longer to get enough strength to walk about on his own; perfect conditions for her escape. With no worrying about him getting suspicious and the other two men busy keeping the new girl in check she would have no trouble making arrangements for an easy getaway. Regular trips to the stables during the evening to visit Rose would take care of anyon…

----Jagg Walked into the warders yards about midweek and at an hour after midday. He saw the bustling crowds of the people in the city of Tar Valon suddenly disappear when the gates of the yards close. Jagg blinked and he felt like he was walking into another reality. Guards where training in practice areas and people he presumed to be warders were talking amongst them selves. He suddenly felt small and unnoticed. Jagg was probably just another kid walking in to the yards looking for training. ----The yards were definitely crowded so Jagg had to find away to navigate the crowds. Twice he was pushed aside by a group of people. Jagg managed to get through and immediately …

It wasn't often that Muirenn Alianin invited a sister of another Ajah to her quarters in the Red Halls, but it had been known to happen. Usually, they were influential Sitters in the Hall, or Ajah Head who knew one another through the network. Occasionally a pawn. But now, things had changed. What she was once able to do would no longer suffice. She was no longer Ajah Head, she could not summon other Heads to visit. She was no longer Sitter, she could not summon other Sitters to her rooms. She now had to work by proxy, and that certainly grated. At least, she mused, she had been in a position of authority long enough that few questioned her right to do whatever she bloody…

Even the sun seemed reluctant to release it’s hold on the world, clinging to it with fervour, the way Nyssa herself was clinging to the last scraps of day as well. A lot battle, of course. Night would come, and with it a meeting. One she had no reason to look forward to, so she did not, dawdling as much as she could. But not too much, for it would not do to be late. With a sigh she closed the report on her desk, and with another sigh she shut the last hint of sunlight out by closing her curtains. Lanfear was a cruel Mistress. She had known that from the very first moment she encountered the woman in Tel’Aran’Rhiod. Her teacher in many ways. But after the teaching wa…

With the ever-increasing number of recruits coming in to The Farm each day those in authority had assigned Nakor the task of teaching a class the very day he'd earned the sword pin marking him as one of the Dedicated. The morning had started off nicely, a small ceremony at sunrise to present the pin and instruct him of his new duties and priveleges. Then he was told that he had a class to teach and the students would be meeting him in a clearing to the southwest of the Tower's central area. As if that wasn't enough, it seemed since it was his first class as instructor there would be an Ashaman observing as well. That was fine with him. Nakor actually worked better…

Most people walked past the old Wise One without really seeing her. She had become a fixture, seated in what looked like a very uncomfortable position atop the rock outcropping in the center of the Hold. As unmoving as the stone beneath her she watched the comings and goings with sharp eyes though no one noticed. Near mid-day as the sun pounded down on the desert a young boy hesitantly approached her with a skin of water which she accepted with a regal nod. Glancing back at his companions the boy, Chinara thought him to be no more than eight or nine years, shuffled his feet and cleared his throat. “Would you tell us a tale of Shara, Wise One?†Chinara snorted…

Ignorance was never bliss. In fact it was one of the few things she hated with a passion. In others, perhaps, she could forgive ignorance, but Aramina sur Dulciena, Sister of the Green Ajah, could not forgive ignorance in herself. In her childhood she had hated that her village lay too far away from Cairhein to hear the news quickly. As a Novice she had been faced with her all too ignorant dealings with the One Power. In her life as an Accepted, she had remembered the outside world again and had tried to learn everything she could. The problem was in finding someone that would relay any information to her. When she had reached the Shawl, in truth not just in name, …

There was a slight breeze that carried the scent of musky sweat as Aithne stood in awe at the gates of the tower grounds. She gave a start as someone gently tapped her on her shoulder. She had been so amazed by the Tower that she never heard the guard speaking. Meekly, she turned to him and tried to mumble her instructions. He smiled warmly at her and nodded as if he understood her completely. He turned an gestured at a younger guard. "Another one for the Tower, see that she gets there," he gruffly barked out the orders. The boy quickly scurried over to her, but did not offer any smiles or greetings. "This way miss," he said in an almost exaggerated commanding tone. …
