The soft shine of evening sun shone in through the windows and illuminated the bedroom of Regalia Frantelle. The Blue sister sat at her bureau, her mind working furiously on the reports before her. Grisham had started the day in his usual way since coming to the yards. Morning exercises to build endurance then extensive practice of the sword forms he had been taught. Now, a Freelanders Bio Checker is a bit more than what you might be used to from other RP Groups. Novice Leala Gymorraine headed to her room. She had visited one of the seamstresses of the Tower for measurements that day. The dresses she wore were, as she had expected, too loose in the hips, and certainly had room for movement in the shoulders and chest area. The seamstress had given her two extra dresses that she felt would fit the girl better. She had even let Leala pick out a white cord to hold back her hair. Hello everybody. I'm new to rping, but a longtime WoT fan. Looking to start a character. I just wanted thoughts on my idea for a character. A Warder who found that he had the ability to channel. His ability to channel manifests after his bonded Aes Sedai is killed (by either Darkfriends, Trollocs, or The Children of Light). Wondering if it was a worthwhile character (possible?, unoriginal, or even just a bad idea). Looking for the thoughts of the powers that be.

I recently posted a thread over at the White Tower RP forums to see how many AS are looking for warders. Well long story short, there are several Aes Sedai in need of warders, so much so that there was talk of making NPC ones to fill the need due to the lack of PC warder characters. So if you were looking for a reason to dust off your WY character or create a new one then there you have it.

Congratulations to our newest FL Staff member, Arlow. He is the new RP Consultant. He will be the welcoming presence to our new members in the Freelanders. For those with questions on how things work or what to do next, Arlow is the man to see. He will help with everything from introductions to RP ideas to making sure everyone's requirements are getting done and getting marked. Thank you for taking on this challenging position Arlow. Myst, Didn't want to derail Em's Congrats thread so I'll ask here. Are you tracking all Nobles including those approved prior to you taking over the Freelanders? If so what info do you need and where do you want it sent? Thanks!

I'm currently in the process of moving, and won't be finished until sometime this weekend. In the mean time, I have net access on my phone, so I can read what other people post. The phone's not conducive to long posts however, so I likely won't have a response up until early next week.
